TRESA · The Real Estate Sales Academy · The 90 Day Sprint

"Thousands of leads in the CRM.
No confidence to call them."

Agents tell me a version of that on almost every call I take. It usually comes with the rest of the list:

It isn't a lead problem, a market problem, or an interest rates problem. It's a psychology problem. The way you've been taught to sell triggers a wall of resistance instead of a field of trust. The old school methods stopped working 20 years ago, yet every trainer still teaches them like gospel. That's why you're one month good, one month bad. The TRIS method is built on one thing: TRUST.

One last sprint.
Then I'm out.

This October, after 6 years, TRESA and I part ways. Before I go, I'm taking one final group of agents through 90 days with me personally in the room. I teach you the psychology behind what to say and why, and the tonality behind how to say it. You leave with a masters in communication and conversion.

The real problem

You were taught to sell instead of advise.

So every conversation carries a quiet pitch, people feel it, and the wall goes up. Meanwhile the industry's marketing machine keeps handing you the same prescriptions:

Get more leads Make more videos Do more calls Use more AI

And yes, all of that works. When it sits on top of a strong psychology and communication foundation. Without one, more leads and more calls just mean more people telling you no.

That's why agents doing everything the marketing told them to do still sound like this on my calls:

"My return on contact is very low."

"The 40 transactions are there. I just am not getting them. They're around me all the time."

"I did everything the same as last year. I'm trying to figure out what the heck changed."

"I've been stuck at the same number of transactions for 10 years and tried everything I know to get out of it."

Real agents, on real calls with Vik, word for word.

The missing piece isn't another tactic. It's knowing what to say to the people already in their phone, and how to say it.

Read this twice Somewhere around 6 to 10% of your database will transact this year. That part is going to happen whether you're good or not. The only question is whether it happens with you, or with the agent who knew what to say.

Why TRIS exists

Nobody wants to be sold to.

I sold over $250 million in my first six years as an agent. Not with FORD or LPMAMA, and not with any script built back when your only competition was a landline and a Sunday open house sign.

I figured out one thing early. Trust comes before tactics. People can smell a pitch through the phone, and the moment they smell it, you're just another agent "calling to check in." So I built my whole business on earning trust first and letting the sale come to me.

That idea became TRIS. Trust, Rapport, Influence, Sales. It earned me over $10,000,000 in commissions, and in 2021 it became The Real Estate Sales Academy, where for six years I've trained agents on nothing but how to sell more in open houses, on the phones, and live.

Here's what changed since then. The old trainings taught agents to sound like machines. Now the machines make the calls, and they sound exactly like those old scripts. Buyers and sellers are drowning in robotic follow-up at the exact moment they're starving for a real human. The agent who can hold an honest conversation is suddenly the rarest thing on the phone. That's the skill I teach, and it's the one thing nobody can take from you.

The promise

Three outcomes. Ninety days.

The whole sprint is built around three skills. Get them into your nervous system and every month of your career after this one gets easier.

1

Book appointments on demand

People you know. People you've never met. Online leads, open houses, and the "maybe next year" pile collecting dust in your CRM. You'll run the exact Game Plan Frame ask, down to the line that books the meeting "before the coffee gets cold." And you'll never say "just calling to follow up" again.

2

Win the listing and buyer presentation

You get my step by step listing and buyer presentations, beat by beat, live or over Zoom. Including the beat where most agents bleed out: compensation. You'll learn to prevent the post-commission meltdown instead of surviving it, and your clients will repeat your value back to you in their own words before the number ever comes up.

3

Prevent objections. Handle the rest.

Most objections die before they're born when the first twenty minutes are run right. For the ones that survive, you'll run DHIS: Disarm, Humanize, Isolate, Solve. Within two questions you'll know whether you're solving for money, confidence, or fear. And "let me think about it" stops ending your deals. It was always a smokescreen anyway.

Why 90 days

A seminar changes your notes. 90 days changes your brain.

You've heard the old scripts your whole career. They're the deepest groove in your brain, and under pressure, the brain goes where the reps are. That's not a character flaw. That's every human on earth.

Ninety days is what it takes to carve a new groove. If you apply yourself, it's enough time and enough repetition to actually rewire the connections your brain reaches for under pressure and build new habits that belong to you. The new way of speaking stops being something you remember and becomes something you are.

When someone is checking your work, you stay sharp. When nobody is, you drift. So for 90 days, someone is checking. That's the mechanism. A weekend seminar can't do that, and a course you watch alone at midnight won't either.

Run your numbers

See what your database is already worth.

Before you book anything, spend two minutes with the calculator below. Enter your real numbers. Leads, conversations, appointments, closings. It shows you the gap between what your business produced in the last 12 months and what those same numbers should have paid you. Most agents find the number uncomfortable. Good. That number is what the sprint is for.

How it works

Here's the deal.

Doors close August 10. The sprint starts right after.

Fair warning

Read this before you book.

This is not for you if

  • You're waiting for the market, the rates, or your broker to change first.
  • You already know it's the last coach's fault, and the CRM's fault before that.
  • You want the recordings without the reps.
  • You're hoping a magic script does the work so you don't have to.

This is for you if

  • You show up live and do the homework, including the uncomfortable parts.
  • You're closing 6 to 12 deals a year and know that's not your ceiling.
  • You'd rather hear the truth about your calls than compliments about your effort.
  • You want your evenings back more than you want to look busy.

It's going to be intense. If that reads like a warning, close the tab. If it reads like relief, book the call.

Receipts

Agents who did the reps.

6 listing appointments in one week

Sal committed to 29 minutes of reps a day. Right now he's sitting on 9 pending sales and having his best year by a mile.

Sal · TRESA client

"This has been my best year so far, and a big reason for that is your coaching and the things you've taught me. I'm working hard to implement everything I've learned, and I'm seeing the results."

Asked what actually changed, she gave one word: detaching. She stopped chasing, and the results showed up.

Camila · TRESA client

Best year ever. Then she did it again.

Diane put two back to back best years on the board, in the same market everyone else is complaining about.

The pattern behind all of them

Fewer appointments. More closings. More free time, and clients who send their friends without being asked.

Real TRESA clients. The results came from their reps, not from watching sessions.

Straight answers

What agents ask me on the call.

Every one of these is a real concern from a real conversation. No judgment. Here are the straight answers.

I've spent $20K, $30K, even $40K on coaching and have nothing to show for it. Why would this be different?

Because you bought content, and content doesn't close. Nobody checked your calls. Nobody caught the old habits sliding back in around week three. The sprint is 90 days of reps with me personally in the room, personally checking your work. And before you spend a dollar, we talk for 30 minutes. If I don't believe I can get you a return, I'll tell you on that call and you keep your money.

I don't want scripts. They make me sound like somebody else.

Good. Memorized lines take the authenticity away, and buyers feel it instantly. TRIS is the psychology of what to say and why, plus the tonality of how to say it, so you sound like you on your sharpest day. The first thing we kill is "just checking in."

I don't have time for this. I've got a family and a business to run.

Sal committed 29 minutes a day. He's sitting on 9 pending sales and his best year by a mile. The sprint isn't about adding hours to your week. It's about needing fewer appointments to close more deals, which is exactly where your time comes back from.

Why 90 days and not a bootcamp weekend?

A weekend gives you notes. Ninety days gives you habits. Under pressure your brain goes where the reps are, and it takes about 90 days of repetition with someone checking your work before the new way becomes your default. Shorter than that, and the old groove wins.

What does it cost?

It's more than you want to pay. It's less than I want to charge. But if you ran the calculator above, you already know the real number. Doing nothing is costing you somewhere around $10,000 to $15,000 a month, and it has been for years. On the call we pull up your actual numbers and I'll walk you through exactly what the sprint looks like, price included. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.

What happens after October?

You go out and crush it. By then you've installed a new way of thinking and communicating that stays with you for life. That's the whole reason the 90 days are intense. After October I'm out of TRESA, but you keep access to the recordings for good, so you'll never be behind. The only thing you can't get back is a seat in the room. Once I'm out, I'm out.

Decision time

Two agents are reading this page.

Agent 1

Closes the tab. Keeps doing what the last few months looked like, and rides the commission roller coaster into another winter. No hard feelings. Truly.

Agent 2

Books the 30 minutes, gets back in the room, and finishes the year stronger than they started it.

Normally both agents get this same choice again next year. Not this time. After October, I'm gone.
